DJ Dangermouse Public Service Announcement
O-right. Obligatory intro post. Welcome all to Thundersnaps. As most of you (don’t) know, this blog is the latest reincarnation of Koresh-Mode (R.I.P.). Between the three of us, we’ll be posting whatev’s is ticklin’ our respective fancies at the moment (music, concerts, art). Expect a lot of obscurity, plenty (I’m sure) of the same ol’ same ol’ that lots of other music blogs are hypin’, but always a lil’ sumthin’ sumthin’ that’ll have your ears doin’ the Harlem Shake. Sooooooo…hopefully we can keep posts coming decently frequently. We’re still tweakin’ things with the layout and filesharing what-not, so bare with us.
Next week is Towncraft week in Little Rock. Towncraft is a documentary about the Little Rock DYI music scene in the late 80’s / early 90’s. To celebrate it’s release, a whole host of shows will be goin’ down, I will be covering ‘em all. So that’s the gameplan for thisweek. Lots of concert reviews and local goodies.
